[ENT] Harry Maguire and Alex Telles included in Man Utd squad vs Newcastle

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has included Harry Maguire and Alex Telles in his travelling squad to face Newcastle on Saturday.

The Red Devils get back underway after the international break with a tough trip to St James’ Park.

United will be looking to put the 6-1 defeat to Tottenham firmly behind them by picking up all three points at Newcastle.

And Solskjaer has given the squad a boost by including two players who were a doubt – Maguire and Telles – according to the MEN.

Meanwhile, Telles featured in both of Brazil’s World Cup qualification matches over the break, shortly after making the move to United.

The 27-year-old only reported to United’s Carrington training base on Thursday, but has also been included in the travelling party and could make his debut.

“Harry has got great resilience, I know he’ll bounce back, I know he wants to play and work his way out of the last couple of games he’s been criticised. He picked up a knock just before he came off. I’m just hopeful he’ll be fit. We had a look at him yesterday and will give him a test today.”
