Established in 2013, the National Health Research Authority is a research authority in Zambia. It provides a regulatory framework for the development, regulation, financing, coordination of health research to ensure the development of consistent health research standards.

- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
- Recognizes junior-level researchers who have made outstanding contributions to their scholarly disciplines.
- Junior researchers shall be individuals aged 45 or younger, and be no more than ten years in service following attainment of their PhDs or respective equivalent post degrees/qualifications.
